It's showing google+ follower in your blog. And of course you should have had join to google+. Even by adding google+ box follower, your blog increasingly look convincing.
The following are a few easy steps :
Login to your blog, www.blogger.com, enter your email and password that you use to register to blogger.com
- Go to menu Layout, click it
- Click Add a Gadget
- Find Google+ follower and click "+"
- Click Save
- Click Save arrangement
