Two killed after chemical train catches fire in Belgium

Train carrying chemicals derailed and caught fire, killing at least two people in Belgium on Saturday, STT reported quoting AFP.

In addition, the accident injured 14 others, according to the authorities.

Of those killed in the fire suspected to have died on distributed toxic gases. 

Hundreds of people had to be evacuated from their homes early in the morning of the fire. The sea was raging flame several hundred meters of the road.
According to witnesses, the train was able to go too fast before the accident.

The incident took place near the city of Ghent. The train was traveling from Holland Ghent port. In a traffic accident, the track was broken, at least for two days.

The fire was brought under control later on Saturday morning but residents were advised to keep their doors and windows closed, BBC reported.

It is unclear how the two people died, according to BBC.
